Arrowhead is structured in such a way that the members are expected to share in every aspect of the community's life - planning, shopping, preparing and cleaning up after meals, keeping the house and gardens clean and in good repair, providing care and support for one another and -- with our trained, competent staff - maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
